Intake Manifold ID

Okay, so I was cleaning out the garage today, and came across my stash of accumulated parts.

Can somebody ID a SB Chevy cast iron intake manifold #3918803. I ran the number in my books (mostly of midyear vintage) and came up with nothing. A quick internet search also yielded nothing. It's cast iron, has a spread bore carb flange, and has a date code of D268, which I'm assuming is April 26, 1978.

Any help with what it came on, i.e. what car models, what HP's, etc. would be appreciated.

it is probably casting number #3919803 for 1968 Rochester 4 barrel used on on 327 cube/250,275,325,350 HP and 350 cube/295 HP engines in Full size, Chevelle, Nova, Camaro, and TA-DAA! Corvette.
