63 & 64 Dash

I am trying to put a glove box liner and door from a 64 into a friend's 63 SWC. Having some difficulty with the fit of the liner aligning with the holes in the dash frame assembly. Are 63 and 64 glove box liners and dash frame assemblys different? Am I doing something wrong? This seems pretty straightforward, but I am surprised at the difference in bolt hole alignment between the 64 liner and the 63 dash frame.

Rex, the holes are probably different as is everything else on 63's. The doors are a totally different animal for 63's ( all plastic) where they changed to the metal insert in 64.
