'56 Horn Test

I have the original horns for my '56 but do not know if they work or not. Can I safely cross them on a 12 volt battery to see if they are good? Thanks.

And make sure you don't reverse the polarity

otherwise the sound will come out backwards and sound like "Knoh!"

Be sure to use a pretty heavy wire, those horns pull a ton of current.
