What exhaust came on my 63 ?

I'm wordering if there are any clues to help me determine if my 63 came from the factory with side exhaust. Since my engine, transmission, and current exhaust are not stock and I have ZERO paperwork/history on the vehicle...The only driveline clue is that the rear seems to be original and is a 4:11 posi.

I do like the side exhaust and althought my main goal is not to build a car only for judging, I do want to restore it to as factory as I can. Any ideas out there ?

No 63 was produced with side exhaust, period

They were not an option until 65. Relatively few cars came from the factory with them, but they have been a popular add on for years. Retrofiting to a 63-64 requires duplicating the slotted hole in the frame for the rear attachment.
