Corvette safety statement

Help!! Our friends at AG Back East need some trim tag help. At some point GM dropped the safety statment on the trim tag of Corvettes. Please check your tag and try to determine at what point this statement was dropped.

I don't have the specifics, but it might have coincided with the introduction of the Federally-required Certification Label (which also had the VIN on it) that was applied to the rear shutface of the driver's door. If memory serves me correctly, the Federal "cert label" was required starting in September, 1969.

Just coming out of the garage. The trim tag of my '69 (K27, build date June 27) reads GENERAL MOTORS CERTIFIES TO THE DEALER THAT THIS VEHICLE.....
