71 Th400, baby blue tag??

I pulled this Mint 32,000 mile body off this 71 mint frame (with stencil marks still) and found that the tag on the pass side of the auto trans was baby blue, i though these were yellow??? If, Joe answers it's like the ones i sent you in the pics, but blue. the Judging Manual states yellow, did I missread???
