Repainting Seatbelts

Anybody have any good success or comments in regards to repainting/spraying
over original color seatbelts to another color.
Is the penetration into the web satisfactory?

The seat belt material is dyed, not painted. Since seatbelts are a critical saftey item you would be best to have your seatbelts rebuilt with a proper certified seat belt fabric in the color of you choice.

Re-dying or otherwise changing the color of the material can weaken it and is highly inadvisable.
