parking light trim color

I have an 80 vette which is being reassembled. The car had been poorly painted in the past and I have stripped paint off of most of the trim. My question is, what color are the trim areas for the marker lights? In the front, I have removed the metal trim and cleaned it in preparation for paint, but I am not sure about the rear side marker lights. Are they polished aluminum? Matte black? Body Color? Should the trim even show around the red light?

There's a thin chrome line around the outside of the lens.
