I'm restoring a 67 300HP 4 Spd Conv for Flight Judging and eventually Duntov. Does anyone have any recommendations for correct under-the-car exhaust systems? Are any repros acceptable? If not, what should I start looking for?

Different catalog houses offer different exhaust system packages that vary in the degree of factory original authenticity. You can probably expect some level of deduction depending on source, construction, and the fastner set you use. Since you're VERY serious about your restoration (Mark Of Excellence objective), I advise you to seek council one on one with the NCRS National Team Leader (Keith Biggers, in your case) before you buy. The level of detail from most sources changes with time as we continue to learn.
I'd specifically chat about who the Nat'l Team Leader would suggest you talk to and bring up specifics of those catalog houses who offer complete exhaust packages (Corvette Central, Long Island, and Mid America for example).
