Rich, I have a friend who has a '67 Indy Pace Car Camaro that came from there. He has quite a bit of documentation, however he is down at Daytona for the Bud 125's and the 500. Will try to get the info if no one else responds after next week. His Camaro has the original dealer emblem on the back that reads "Penske Chevrolet Phila,Pa".

A mystery deepens. I've received an email response that Roger Penske Chevrolet was at 4838 Chestnut Street, the same address that you posted here for David Penske Chevrolet. Could they possibly both have been at the same address before Roger opened his dealership in Emmaus, Pa.? Also, any chance that you have the zone/dealer numbers for Roger Penske? I really appreciate your help!

Someone made a mistake and it wasn't me. I have the Chevrolet Motor Division Philadelphia Zone March 1975 David Penske is the Dealer not Roger.
