    427 Oil Pan 66 vs. 67

Is there any difference between a 66 (427/390hp) oil pan and a 67 (427/390hp) oil pan? Thanks - Joe

    Joe-----

No, there is not. As I recall at the moment, the pans were of the same part number. However, it's POSSIBLE that the pan used in 66 will have a hole in the center of the front oil pan seal radius for a screw that attaches to a weld-nut on the bottom of the timing cover. The hole may have disappeared for 1967.
