This may sound a little odd, but I'm not having much luck finding a correct PCV valve for a '68 L79. Paragon doesn't list one and Zip lists one for 68-72 350 except LT-1. Would this Zip one be correct? Thanks.

Your application utilizes an AC CV-736C PCV valve. These are widely available from Delco dealers or from GM dealers under GM #6423695.
The current version of the valve is configured SLIGHTLY different than the original units with respect to the stamped-in script and the embossed "dots" at the base of the valve housing. However, I'm sure that all of the Corvette vendors will supply the current GM offerring and NOT an NOS piece. No reproduction of the earlier-issue valves are available as far as I know.In Appreciation of John Hinckley -

Joe, thanks for the info. I really appeciate people being patient and providing great info/answers for 'rookie' questions. I've been playing around with cars for a long time, but the NCRS/originality arena is a whole new ball game to me.
