Re: Allens Exhaust = DEADBEAT VENDOR
I bought an undercar chambered setup from Allen's and had no problems at all. I believe I talked to Mike, but I'm not positive. A couple questions from him, etc, and everything arrived in good time, good quality, good fit, GREAT sound. I don't remember reading anything negative about Allen's at corvetteforum.com.

Re: Allens Exhaust = DEADBEAT VENDOR
I baught an under car chambered kit for my 73 Big Block from Ecklers and it came right away, but the left front tube I had to take to an exhaust shop and get it bent some more it would not fit right. Then the instructoins say for 1973 model must use 1972 exhaust tips, which have a smaller inlet and I think are not angled like 1973's. I have a brand new pair of factory GM 1973 exhaust
tips and plan to use them. So I will have to take my car to the exhaust shop
and have them strech out the ends of the pipes where they were crimped down or
have them make new ones. Either way more time and money cost that I should not have. I ordered for 73 NOT 72
