    1967 rear end alignment

I took my rolling chassis to get aligned and the right rear is an inch off alignment. The shims are all outboard of the trailing arm and it is still off. The left side is fine.Front suspension is aligned. The alignment center suspects the trailing arm is bent. Is there a way to shim the spindle to make up the difference or do I need a new trailing arm. Thanks.

If it's literally just a rolling chassis (meaning no body, interior etc) and the chassis was not weighed down to final ride height, you most likely wasted your money having it aligned now. The suspension MUST be at correct ride height as per chassis manual to able to align it properly.

If I misunderstood your post, then you'll have to find what exactly is bent or out of position and correct the root cause. The shim or spindle ass'y cannot be shimmed.
