C2,BB,Harmonic Dampener Bolt & Fuel pump plug?

Hello;

Is the harmonic dampener retaining bolt Grade 8, and and drilled for a safety wire? (65,66,67)

Is the plug (below the fuel pump)for the fuel pump push rod square head?

The balancer bolt was 1/2-20 X 1-7/16" and of GM material grade 300-M (SAE Grade . No safety wire hole was used.

The pipe plug below the fuel pump was external square head.
