69 Door Wedge Rub Block Parts

I am having a difficult time locating the (I assume it is plastic or nylon) Rub block wedge that is just above the door striker in the jamb area. In the A.I.M. book page #163 it is listed as part #3922363-4. this is the part that the Brass door Wedge/plate rubs on for door alignment. Does anybody have a clue where to get these and the screws #39414754? I looked to see in the manual if any other parts were interchangeagle as far as part#'s were concerned with no luck. HEEEELP!!! Joe Lucia? Anyone?

    Neil-----

The plastic block wedges, GM #3922363 and 3922364 were discontinued without supercession about 25 years ago. I know of no reproduction of these pieces. They were manufactured of nylon or some other similar type of plastic.

The screws were GM #9414754, not 39414754. These were available in SERVICE until about 10 years ago. They are oval head, countersunk, phillips head of #8-18 and 3/4" in length. They are chrome finished. GM #11504659 should replace them perfectly and remains available.

      Neil:

I went through the same problem. I got my wedges and associated screws from a donor car. Be sure to get the correct screws, as the heads must recess nicely into the wedge countersinks.
