Hello Joe;
Still on my 1970 LT-1 Z-28 project. This my apply to the Corvette also. I am looking for GM part#3961573 which is discontinued. Does GM have a replacement or is it available from the aftermarket?

These show up from time to time on ebay.
Else I do not think that there is a current reproduction of this relay.

The GM #3961573 was discontinued without supercession in March, 2000. I know of no reproduction currently available.

I think that is the part number for the TCS relay, right? Not the switch. I think the switch is 3961567

Yes, the switch was GM #3961567. It's discontinued, too.
