    C1- Painted Black or Not????

    Is the wiper motor mount plate that is screwed to the firewall painted black? Thanks!!

      Justin,

      Yes, it was installed before blackout on my 59. I just got it judged at the Regional with no deducts. Not sure about earlier C1's though.

          All C-1 plates were blacked out.
