WHAT IS THE TRICK TO DISASSEMBLY of the bolt in the can ? thanks

The bolt is staked just above the "mushroom" shaped retainer piece to keep the bolt, retainer and spring from coming apart when the canister is not installed or is being removed. I use a thin flat screw drive to expand the top of the retainer piece at places corresponding to where the bolt is staked and then remove the bolt. Pete

Hello; You can grind the pinched metal on the main bolt away to take the bolt out along with the spring, washers,etc. Once you have the parts out, you can machine a groove in the bolt at the same spot where the pinches were and re-assemble using a C-clip. Andy
