C4 Interior Screws-1991 ZR-1

On the carpet covered panel that mounts underneath the steering column, I am missing some screws, and have three different types of fasteners holding it on.

Does anyone know what the proper screws for mounting the panel are? I assume that the screws are the same for any model 91 C4, not just the ZR-1.

Mine has two 7 mm hex head screws on the side near the hood release. There are 4 holes for screws on the bottom. I have two empty holes, and one hole with a torx head screw, and one hole with a phillips head screw.

By 7 mm hex head, I am assuming that you are referring to the across-the-flats diameter (i.e. wrench size). The screw size is actually 4 mm. In any event, if these screws have a captured flat washer, are black phosphate-finished and are about 20 mm long, then these are the original screws. The other screws must be replacements that someone came up with "along the way".

Want some like the originals? GM #11515303 is about as close as you're going to get.
