69 A- Arm markings & block crayon marks

    Hello friends,
Can anyone give details on the "blue" daub of paint on the upper control arms from the NCRS manual for a 69 ? Size, shade, location ? And, the passenger side upper A-Arm has a white chalk letter R, What size, location, upper or lower case ?

Also, the manual says " most blocks have the engine suffix code in grease pencil under the paint on the side of the cylinder case" Any help on where and how large ?

    Thanks for any help,

    Danny Watkins

I have some pics of the A-arms that will show what you are looking for and maybe the suffix code as well. I don't have them on my computer right now but when I get back from Kissimmee I'll be sure to get them on and then send them to you.

Maybe send me an e-mail too so I don't forget!
