C1 54 Spare Tire Board

I am in need of a spare tire board for my 54. The one I currently have is of a later vintage (56-57 I think).

I would prefer to make my own, so I went out to the local specialty lumber yards looking for a sheet of 3/8" 5-ply plywood. To my surprise, no one around my area (So Cal) seems to have it.

Does anyone know where I can find this material? I also tried the marine plywood wholesalers and retailers also with no luck.

Grossmueller has it. If you can get your old tire instruction label off in one piece, it would be neat to use it again. It's glued on though.
