    1963 corvette door opening balls

    I saw a ebay auction for 1963 black door opening balls and noticed the part in the auction is #3840934. I purchased a set some time ago with part #3829456 and they have the mold line and the plastic is tapped for threads. Did this part # change over the years and do mine look like originals or have I been "ebayed"?

      Thats funny, and a new adjective, I have been ebayed.....I am sure Joe Lucia will respond to your answer, so not to hijack your thread, but along these lines, Does anyone know if the chrome ball on 64/65's are the same part used on 75/76 corvette seat adjuster knob/brackets?
