    59 Windshield Removal

    I'm in the process of doing a body off and I'm down to taking off the windshield. Any suggestions on how to do this? I did a search in previous posting and found that Loren Lundberg wrote an article in the Restorer Mag but I'll be damned if I can find it? ANyone have a quick step by step instructions? I removed all the screws on the under side of the dash but it's still pretty firmly held in place?

      assuming you have the post bolts also removed, there can be nothing holding it down but glue or dried up gun-gum.. try a hair dryer and pry very gently. also be real careful when you remove the chrome posts from the glass as the corners of the glass are real weak. i broke mine and cried.
