53-55 Dash rail

Showing is a metal dash rail The door rail was also metal but dont have a pic. both were covered in rubber pading,then covered in a thin cotton material.
next pic. Show fiberglass dash rail and side rail .
Some one here have the steel side window rail and can post a pic. For me to keep in my files also the front view of both. Thanks

Good picture Roy. Late 54 -55 cars. I'd like to know if a very late 55 had this. Probably did but it would be nice to know.

#175 in '55 had a fiberglass eyebrao as well. I just reupholstered it...

1954 #4400 has fiberglass. Would that be considered correct?

There is so much info not known about C1's or care about items if it's (NOT) in the (JM.) So no one has researched this but I would say later 54's are fiberglass. I don't believe any mention is given in the JM. Your on your own.
