C1 Rear Springs Part Number

I found this number stenciled on both my rear springs on the 1959.
It looks like: 21-211-197
I'm not sure if the springs are original to the car. Can anyone shed some light if this is correct? If not, what are these 21-211-197 springs?

Those are aftermarket replacements - the originals have a longitudinal groove.

I agree. And, that sort of "numbering system" with stenciled-on numbers is virtually always indicative of an aftermarket spring. It might be a Betz spring.
