    '59 Build Date

    I calculate #9650 as being built on August 11. Would someone with the "Birthday Book" verify my calculations.

      9650 was built on Friday August 10th some 20 units from the last 1959 Corvette. That would probably have been in the afternoon. This according to the Birthday Book.

          What about 59 corvette #004. Is this car pre-production or is it just early off the line.

              September 2, 1958. HOWEVER.........Who's to say it wasn't built sooner what with the new model year.
