Re: Now you tell me !

for the letters, i use white rubbing compound. if you take a damp cotton cloth and make a ball with a wrinkle free face it will take off the exact amount of paint. i am glad to see i am not the only pledge user out there. i use it on every thing. before someone say's OH NO! i have detailed with it with only positive results for 35 yrs on many very expensive cars leather rubber glass and all. i have even given cars a quick wax for a last min date.

Pledge ain't what it used to be

Formulation has changed - no wax. Silicones and other stuff.

Yes Pledge has changed, but you can still get the old type formula if you buy like the store brand. I bought some at Dollar general their store band an it is the old pledge formula, are real close to it that it still has WAX in it. And Pledge says NO WAX on the can.

Re: seems to work as always.

i use a can a week to detail my store displays counters etc and cars trucks etc and have the same sheen and results as i always have had.

              Hi All,
I talked with Al Knoch at Fall Carlisle and he still recommends the Pledge for all the seat covers, dash pads, etc. that they make. He is using the new Pledge and sprays it on and uses his hand to rub it in.
