'66 control arm cross shafts
The TIM&JG says gloss black, painted the same time as the A-arms. The gloss always seems to be a judging issue. I've judged '66 with many other chassis judges who always want to deduct for too glossy, as though they want to see semi-gloss or even semi-flat. To me, if the TIM&JG say gloss, I don't wnat to deduct when I see gloss.

Re: '66 control arm cross shafts
Most good chassis judges want to see the control arms have slightly more gloss than the frame. Not looking like a mirror. The NOS service replacements are a good example of the correct degree of gloss.
