Eastwood Powder coating

Anyone out there have one of these that can share their advice???

Thinking about asking santa for a Hot Coat system (or whatever it is called). Which way should I go, compressor fed or the stand alone? also, if compressor fed, I have to assume moisture in the air is bad, so I would need the drier too? I'm not planning on a restoration business, just a few parts here and there. Again if compressor fed, can I get by on the low end model? Thanks for the help.

I have one of the early units and have used it several times, mostly valve covers and cast iron pieces. I think I would opt for the airless version if I were buying now. Air hose is cumbersome to work with. The "Pro" unit could be handy if you do a large volumn, but you would have to be bigger than my remodel toss out 1 oven set up.
