64 Gas Door Emblem Replacement

I would like to replace the emblem on my 64 gas door and I need some advice. What type of rivets are used and what size drill bit should I use to drill them out. Are the replacement rivets readily available?

Everything that you need is supplied with the reproduction emblem, basically as a kit. The emblems are only available as a reproduction part. They were never available seperately from GM in SERVICE. In fact, after 1965 only the 1966 gas door assembly (with emblem) was ever available to SERVICE all 1963-65 Corvette applications. Then, believe it or not, the 1966 gas door assembly (with emblem) was the only one EVER available from GM to SERVICE 1967 Corvette applications. The 1967 PRODUCTION gas door assembly was NEVER available from GM in SERVICE. Thank heavens for the reproduction industry for those folks interested in and needing a 1967 gas door assembly.
