Painting the inside of the kick-up frame

Anyone have any good ideas on how to get paint inside the frame particularly in the kick-up side rails between the number 3 and 4 crossovers.

The frame is stripped and on a frame rotisserie

I purchased a syphon type undercoating setup from Harbor Freight and made a misting type nozzle that fit the plastic tubing. I then ran it through the frame and sprayed the paint while I pulled the tube back through the frame.

I then let it set and repeated the process after I rotated the nozzle ninty degrees.

From what I could tell from my extension mirror, eveything got 100% coverage after two passes.

Of course it's up to you as to how many coats you want.

        Re: By the way

I spiral a stiff wire around the hose and shaped two (for the lack of a better word) runners to hold the hose end off the frame and keep it more or less centered in the cavity.
