Someone on ebay has been advertising these. They are extremely close to original and much, much better then the latest replacment. Seems like I saw them just a couple of days ago. I bought a set for my car. Good luck.

A company called Inline tube can supply a very close copy or possibly rebuild your old cables. I purchased a set of rear cables for my '57 and they look pretty good, but are not exact copies.
