1962 Tach Cable

What is the correct length tach cable for a non FI car? I have seen both 32" and 36".

Jeff, I have an original 250hp car and will check for you today. It has it's original gray covered cable, disconnected from it's replaced non tach drive distributor.

Jeff, Just removed the tach cable from the car(early 62 #483 Sep,61 build). On the bench, I accurately measured end to end of the gray outer casing housing flanges, it is 36" long. The inner drive cable is 37 1/8" long, I imagine as Alan shows as the "62 1st design 5656347 37 1/8 65 Parts Book"
