My new fuel and brake lines arrived today. I also purchased a new clip kit. I have read conflicting accounts of what the finish should be for the clips. Should they be the natural tin finish or black? Thanks in advance.

Brake line clips are black phosphate except the rear cross over line center clip, which is zinc plated. All the self tapping screws retaining brake and fuel line clips are black phosphate. As I recall, fuel and vent line clips are all zinc plated.
Vendors will provide you all zinc plated clips in their "kits"...not the last time you'll be disappointed in vendor performance.
