Hello, Can anyone recommend a source to purchase a complete convertible top for a 1966. I have a customer who had his stolen at a storage facility. I would like to purchase one in mint or restored condition. As always, thanks in advance for any and all help.

I believe that the mid year convertible top frame assemblies are reproduced. Check with Sully's Tops in Clovis, CA or Coffman Corvette in Ohio. You buy the top frame assembly, purchase all the weatherstrip and hardware and have the fabric installed. This all adds up to a lot of money. I think that Sully can take care of all of it for you, though, and deliver a complete convertible top assembly.
However, if what you're after is an original top, they're "out there", but expensive in the kind of condition you want. One source for these is J.T. Piper's Corvette in Vermillion, IL. Make sure you're sitting down when you get to the part about price.In Appreciation of John Hinckley -

You might keep your eye on Ebay; original midyear soft top frames occasionally show up there for sale. I sold an original 1967 Corvette soft top frame on there two week ago for more money than I ever thought it would bring, of course it was complete with the original black vinyl top material and original dated window.
Please email me, I may have a lead on another original soft top frame that will be coming up for sale in the near future.
