    Crankshaft ID

Just purchased an old Can Am engine and with it was included a new crankshaft with the number K 97 - 2 - 380 inked on the front counterweight. No other numbers or stampings anywhere on the crank. The return address on the box is Auto Parts Co., 13450 W. Michigan, Marshall, MI 49088.

Can anyone help with identifying this crank for me? It is SUPPOSED to be an aftermarket Hi-perf crank with 454 BB Chevy dimensions.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Rex

Thanks Clem. What is the quality of a Kellog crank, if that's what it is?

      Thanks,
      Rex
