    dealer compass C3 70 -72

    Does anyone have a photo of the compass that was a dealer option in the C-3 cars 70-72. The dobbins books has a photo of a 68-69 compass but not one of the 70-72 cars. Can anyone tell me if that compass with part number 987457 was a lot different than the one with part number 993915?

      You may also want to reach out to someone in the Camaro community since, when I performed an internet search of both part numbers, they came up on lists of dealer-installed accessories [987457 - page 37 (1968) and 993915 - page 83 (1970) of the Big Book of Camaro Data, 1967-1973 By John R. Hooper]. Someone may have a photo of the later compass or can take one if their car is equipped with one.
