    C2 brake booster ID

    Does the number 5867 on the tab of a mid year brake booster help with identifying it as an original?

      Rex -

      "5867" is the correct tab number for a '67 booster; not sure about earlier years - only have '67 Delco data.

          From what I have read here on the tech board, "5867" (the last four digits of the part number) is correct for 1967 only. 1965-66 is 7011, and 64-65 is 4311.
