    Chris,

The comment was intended to be a humorous attempt to ask you to not use all capital letters in a post.
Somewhere on the left side of your computer keyboard is a key labeled "Caps Lock".
All caps posts are hard for us old guys to read and is also considered shouting in print.

"Dry humor" is a frequent resident on this board.

Appreciate the tip. I'm all for a little humor. Enough said. Anyone else have any ideas about my chassis noise question posted several days ago. Thank You.

        Chris,

Check for proper height of the transmission mount. If it is too low or too high you may get drive shaft interference with the floorboard or frame. If the mount is loose problems may be intermittent.

As suggested before, check the bolts in the springs and radius rods.

        Check the U-joints.

With the car supported on jack stands under the rear axle and high enough to see everything under the car, see if you can duplicate the noise.

          Hi Chris

I have a 62 vette and I was having a problem with a noise under my car. It was more of a tapping that can be felt on the floor. I finally figured it out. It was the exhaust pipes that go through the X part of the frame. As I slowed down with or without brakes it would tap against the inside of the hole in the frame. I just needed to adjust the hangers better. All is good now.Try checking yours. It might be your problem.

          Good luck...John
