64 Rear Tail and Backup lights ?

Hi all,

I recently had my 64 Top Flighted and noticed I was deducted several points for using cork gaskets with my rear brake and backup lights. I do not see any reference in the Judging Guide claiming which way it should be (Cork or Rubber...etc). Any help here would be appreciated.

If that's the case I wonder why I received a 3 pt deduction for having cork? Amazing how this whole judging thing works.
