C2: frosted 64 wheel covers

I had my covers straightened and polished. I need to repaint the frosted section. Unfortunetly, I lost my pictures of the way they were done. So, I wanted to see how they are frosted and what paint/color to use to be correct. It is a late car so I believe the center except for the ribs is frosted and the inner and outer lip stays polished.
