    C-3 Crank Pulleys

I just got back a bunch of misc. parts from the media blaster people for my 1974 L-48 P/S & A/C and noticed on my 2 piece crank pulley the stamped #:"3751232 BB" and 180 degress from that another stamp: "GMP". Is this a Big Block pulley, a GM service part or original? Any help out there? THANKS.

GM #3751232 is an "add-on" crankshaft pulley usually used for the P/S driver pulley. It is a one groove pulley. It was used for many Corvette small blocks, but had no big block applications (even though some GM references indicate that it did). Whether the pulley is one originally installed on a car or a SERVICE piece, there is no real way of telling.
