Geoffrey..it reminds me of the St.Louis Corvette Plant when vacant for several years..however it was primarily a one story building with high ceiling.

I remember the property owner told me he sold the special thick wooden parquet floor out of the plant...but it had little use as it was full of oil and other substance.
