Another C2 Tire Question

I am trying to decide between the Firestone FR380 and Goodyear Regatta2 tire for my 67 - I want to minimize lost points in judging - hence those 2 choices.

Anyone who has familiarity with both products care to comment? The FR380 is much cheaper - so that's the obvious choice. The FR also has a "cleaner" sidewall which I somewhat prefer.

Glenn, I'm not familiar with what manufactures were on 67's, I'm a 63 nut.

If both Goodyear and Firestone were supplied to the assembly line, go with what you like. Just remember, the cheapest tire made today is better than all tires used on US cars in 1967.

Pick whichever one you like best - they'll both get the same 60% deduction.
