c1 paint flaw? on original paint

Is this a common flaw on oringal paint for a 1961 corvette?
Is this what NCRS judges look for?

A little line of what looks almost like a tape line on the back end of car, Notice the taillights below the body panel.

No not at all that line is nowhere near any masking the factory would have made. Looks like there was a touch up and the tape bubbled the paint under it.

I'll have to disagree with Kevin. That is the rear body seam and should be there in varying degrees.

I don't get these pictures... but I can imagine what you are showing, I see the seam in my original paint 61 above the tail lights. I was trying to post a pic but Imagsdhack is taking too long...
