    Refurbish 65 Voltage Regulator

I have the original voltage regulator for my 1965 coupe, 327/350 hp with the correct part number (1119515) and date code. Does anyone have a recommendation on an electric shop that could refurbish it without damaging or removing the part number and date code on the mounting frame? Thanks for any help.

That's a specialty service of John Pirkle. He advertizes regularly in NCRS Driveline magazine... The problem you'll face with finding one to do the refurb locally is they won't be able to re-plate the V-Reg's base...

I have seen John's operation. 10 out of 10 *NM*
