Help to ID a '63 block

    Hello All,

Trying to help a friend who just stopped by with her '63 and trying to ID the block. I don't think it is the original block as it is casting # 3892657 and the stamp pad reads V0426 KL

The VIN S1144xx tells me it's a May built car.

Also on the trim tag, someone stamped the numbers 5 18 6 (large space) 95 in the lower LH corner. Any suggestion as to what thoose mean?

Can anyone tell me what this block is from.

As usual, thank you for the help.

    Regards,
    Kurt N.

All 63 Corvette Blocks casting number ended in 870, and the V in the assembly stamp did not start until the '67 models, '63 used an F prefix.
