Re: 64 engine pad ?
It looks correct. 4103956 would be an October built car which lines up with 10/14 the block is a 365hp and the F indicates a flint engine. That doesn't mean someone didn't restamp a block. The rear passengers side of the block shouold have a casting date on it also. It should be around early October.- Top

John
Thank you that makes sense now. I could not figure the I,why did they use that instead of 1 ? I am looking for a good original C-2, I found this one close to home but it does not have factory air which I want.We are leaving for Carlisle tomorrow so maybe I will be able to find something there. Thanks again for your help.

Re: 64 engine pad ?
Finding a 64 with ac will not be easy. They only built 1988 ac cars in 64. You might be shocked by the prices at Carlisle. I always get supprised by the asking prices. There might be some deals at the auction there.- Top

Bob
Thanks for the info. I do not have to have a 64, I am interested in all the c-2's the 67's are out of my price range, but other than that I am interested in them all.I have heard before that the prices at Carlisle are out of line.If so the seller can take them back home thats all. Thanks again for the input.Tom- Top
