    THE NCRS judging standard

    is as presented to the first owner INCLUDING normal dealer new-car preparation.

    That is why there is no shipping protection or window sticker (Maroney label) on the cars for NCRS judging.

        I don't think anyone at the plant cared one iota about the tag. On soft top-only cars, the top had a wax-like material wiped on, then was sprayed with a secondary protective wax prior to shipping.
